Fast-changing or dynamic organizations create project teams as required to implement an initiative or solve specific problems. Team members are typically drawn from different areas for their skills, experience, or the internal/functional stakeholders they represent.
Challenge
The challenge is that the designated Project Manager may not have had training or experience in the key skills required for running an ad hoc teams, getting the best from these diverse resources, and structuring the project with timelines, milestones and measurable outcomes.
