Professionals Engaging Specialists
Situation
Professionals in corporations have traditionally been individual contributors, unless promoted to a manager role. Increasingly, professionals now are expected to extend or supplement their efforts, or speed up their delivery time, by using qualified independent contractors and consultants.

Challenge
The challenges they face are varied. Many have no experience or training in managing especially contractors. Others feel an invasion of their professional role, or simply don't want to manage others. There are also IRS regulations, Independent Contractor requirements, and questions around contracts and payments.

Experience
We have researched, taught, coached and advised many professionals , and their managers, on how best to work with contracted experts. We've also been in this role ourselves - on both sides. So we understand it first hand.

Services
Think180 can provide training, coaching and consulting to individuals and teams on how to select, engage and manage expert contractors and consultants. This is also available as one-hour sessions over skype as a videoconference.
