Groups or Teams with Onsite Contractors
Situation
Contractors can be brought in to work onsite, to meet varying resource needs and deadlines. They may have special skills for a specific stage of a project. Or they may be onsite long-term as part of a larger outsourced contract.

Challenge
When contractors and employees work side-by-side, this creates challenges for the team leader and for employees. Contractors' work is assessed differently, and they are under a different set of rules. They have less flexibility to stop and help others, and are less able to "just hang out" as employees can do. Their work is typically governed by the clock.

Experience
We have worked with clients using contractors side-by-side with employees, and we understand the issues and how to manage this scenario. We have also managed teams with contractors, and worked onsite as specialized contractors with clients. So, as well as consulting on this, we understand both sides first hand.

Services
Think180 can provide guidance, consulting and training on making the most effective use of contract resources, as well as maintaining the value of an integrated team.
